I've noticed several other members live in Florida. I'm going to attend this play and thought I'd share the info in case anyone else is interested.

That guy is the contemporary of Frank Spiering!
He wrote songs with him and Durante was a collaboration between the two!
I wrote a bio of sorts on Spiering for my Hatchet article "Newmarket Lights." (November, 2006 issue)
Whoa! That's going to be a controversial play. Bring your Rebello, or your umbrella!

Do you mean you don't think it'll be very factual? Maybe I shouldn't go after all, it's only $15 but that's still $15 I'll be out and don't want to waste.

I would never tell anyone Not to go to a play. I mean- the Arts are the Arts, if you get what I mean.

But I wonder where Wolfe acquired his Lizzie Borden expertise? If his story comes at all from Spiering, it might be hard to swallow.

Maybe you can attend, take notes and write up a review for the Hatchet magazine?
Or for here- whichever comes last.
(I'm not sure of the upcoming publish date.)

Not to be snarky, but the costumes are...interesting.

The cast listing doesn't include Uncle John.

What does an eccentric uncle have to do to get into these plays and movies?

Frustratingly I've had the flu, in spite of having a flu shot last month  so I wasn't able to attend the play. However, my friends liked it and saved a program for me.

Sorry you were sick! I hope you are better! I've heard some of this is turning into pneumonia.

Can your friend write it up for here?
