The Census starts soon. All those pages we pore over for genealogy's-sake-- they actually are signed with the name of the census taker.
All that hard-to-read handwriting from 1880? I think they must of thought their writing was exceptional!
Anyway, you too can take the census- or at least the "Practice Test" to find out if you have what it takes!
Don't forget to set the 30 minute timer!
BTW: They are hiring! Average $14 dollars an hour!
