In what parts of the Trial Transcript copyrighted by Harry Widdows do medical experts testify about whether or the killer would have had to be spattered with blood?

If by medical experts you mean folks like Drs. Cheever, Draper, Wood, etc., most of that testimony is in Volume 2, near the head. Dr. Dolan's testimony appears in Volume 1. A simple search of pdf versions - both volumes - for the word spatter might be helpful to you.

Yes, much of the testimony on blood can be found in Dr. Dolan's testimony. This can be fount on page 781 of book Two. (that is the actual page in the book and not the trial page)

As you read on there should be more and more testimony about blood findings etc.
