What the lawyers, police and judges thought about lizzie.

I am trying to find articles on what the judges lawyers and police thought about lizzie and if she did or didn't do the crime. Did anyone of them talk years after the crime and give an opinion of what they thought who did it or didn't to it.

Snookums, There are some good quotes along those lines in Rebello's "Past & Present" book, page 255 - "Reactions to the Verdict". There are several pages devoted to it.
In "The Lizzie Borden Sourcebook" there is interesting reading on page 313 about what went on in the courtroom after the verdict. It says that Lizzie went, or probably went, home afterwards. That is not correct. In fact, I don't think she took a train afterwards, either. I can double check this, and will. But it seems to me that a carriage pulled up to the courthouse (I think the back entrance) and she, Emma and a couple of others went by carriage to Fall River, where she went to the home of Charles J. Holmes, who gave a little victory party in her honor. Dr. Bowen attended. And she talked to a reporter there. That's precious stuff, because I don't think she ever talked to another reporter again.
I hope you have both books.
I would also look around the areas of articles in both books where she died or there are anniversary of the murders articles. These parts may have some quotes from people involved in the case, speaking years after the trial.
