I am a picture of politeness, 1 wrong, silly question I should have gotten right that in reality I would have gotten right.

How long did it take? It looks interesting.

It takes five minutes or more; either the site is slow, or it's simply paced to suit a statelier past. I have DSL. I imagine it would be slower on a dialup connection.

That was so much fun!

I, too, was "a picture of politeness" -- even though at one point I dressed like a harlot and was hooted at by lewd coachmen.

I loved the music and the burble of voices.

I loved playing this! I suspect Susan may have something to say about the mixed decades used, however. (some of it is mid to late Victorian, others pre-regency). I do wish people would learn what 18th and 19th century mean: I notice that they hedge their bets and use both. But, enough with the nitpicking. It was a corking good time. I was a picture of politeness too. I think I'll do it over with all the wrong answers to see if I get drummed out of society!

In my own defense I was taught in my deportment class that one can always mimic the steps/movements of others in a dance UNLESS it is a reel, or a dance where one interacts with several partners.

An Enchantress can hardly be blamed for the behavior of lewd coachmen! Don't depair, in my book being hooted at is a good thing.

Thanks for the link, Lynn, that was fun! I too am the picture of politness. I loved the little sound effects that went on in the game, the animations reminded me of Monty Python's Flying Circus. I kept waiting for a giant foot to come out of the sky or something. I agree Lyddie, it was tough making some of the outfit choices due to the different eras of clothing available. It would have been easier if they showed the entire outfit and gave a brief description of each.
