Lizzie Borden and Massachusetts District Court

The United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, is the venue for the federal trademark lawsuit between the Lizzie Borden B&B/Museum in Fall River and The True Story of Lizzie Borden in Salem.

Lucky for us, the court offers a two day advance look at their court calendar. If you wish to see a day or two ahead of time when the case will be adjudicated, you can visit that portion of their site here. Look for the courtroom of Judge J. Young, Courtroom #18, 5th Floor.
