Join us as we present the tale of the final moments of Capt. Henry Brightman, a Fall River sea captain from the early 1800s who was captured by pirates, his vessel seized and his crew terrorized.
A riveting account of deceit, treachery, and murder on the high seas brought to life by Brightman’s family and the surviving crew members.
A tale noticeably missing from our local history books, one believed to have been lost for nearly 200 years……..
