Lizzie Borden on Church Secrets and Legends March 30

This Sunday, March 30, 2014, at 10 PM, Travel Channel is opening their new season of Church Secrets and Legends with a look at Lizzie Borden and her association with the Central Congregational Church in Fall River.

This show’s hook is that the church is now cursed because the congregation shunned Lizzie Borden following her acquittal for the murder of her father and step-mother.

I am featured in the episode, and the filming occurred late last year at the Lizzie Borden B&B.

Mondo Lizzie Borden, Episode 7: NOT Lizzie Borden

Being a collector of the weird and fabulous as it relates to the Borden case, I have files of these images saved during the past twenty years. And I would like to share them with you now. Laugh, gasp, chuckle, or rage, these photos were all on eBay. For a price. I used to write the sellers and let them know they didn’t have a Lizzie, but soon gave up on that practice. They didn’t care. Even though they were committing fraud by the sale of the image as a true Lizzie Borden. Oh well.
