Good points.

This brings back up one of the 'mysteries' of the murders. If Lizzie didn't act alone, how could they be confident that a solo culprit or her accomplice could exit the side door without being scene. We know that just minutes later, Mrs. Churchill was looking out her kitchen window and saw Lizzie looking distraught inside the screen door.

We also have Lubinsky randomly glancing down the side yard and seeing a woman approach the steps. That was just minutes before Mrs. Churchill's sighting.

Kind of circles back to the point of the Lundy booklet published after the murders. Were the non-Lizzie killers just amazingly lucky?

If Lizzie didn’t do it, nobody did…right.
I think that’s Lunday’s motto.
If nothing else, the sink room adds one more secluded vantage point. especially with the window, and door closed.
If cleaning of bloody items, or self needed to be done quickly, and in private, there might have been no better place in that house.
With the front door triple locked, and the ability to see the only other entrance while washing up.
