We are an independent international literary magazine, founded and managed by a dedicated group of volunteer editors and writers. As we begin our 12th year of publication (wow! I can’t believe it!), we implement these changes with a great deal of trepidation. We don’t want to lose our readership (hence the download amount being very low), nor our authors and artists. Without you, we are nothing.

If anyone finds the submission fee abhorrent, please contact us. We want to hear from you.
