You might have noticed that Anna and Carrie Borden's father, Thomas Borden, signed for Lizzie's passport. Not Andrew.
Anna, Carrie and Lizzie all had the same great great grandfather. If you are interested in looking into this relationship more, you can find Anna Borden's brief trial testimony on the Virtual Museum website. There are also a number of threads that discuss different aspects of these 3 folks.
