We do NOT discuss politics on this forum.

Take it somewhere else.
I know I ask perfection of a quite imperfect world
And fool enough to think that's what I'll find

Harry
I dident mean to ruffle any feathers.

I wasent aware that "Stay to Tea" had any restrictions on its content except maybe Vulgarity. If it does please let me know and I will gladly stand corrected.
Sorry
Matt

Matt, one of the ways in which we all get along is to not talk about religion or politics. This place is filled with all types of people, with all types of views. We try to keep it Lizzie and/or non partisan.

I don't want to edit your post. So would you mind editing out the link?

Does this mean we can't discuss the religious aspects of this case?
For example, what did each church say or do in regard to this case?
Arnold Brown mentions that one church asked the local anti-Lizzie daily to stop its harassment on the anniversary? "Where could the murderer - or even a murderess - be today?" (my quotes).
I know the WCTU supported Lizzie, what about each church in Fall River?
And what could we surmise from this?

I assume the Republicans were solidly in control of Fall River and Bristol county. What did the opposition party do or say? Nothing?

I agree that we should avoid current talk of religion or politics.
It was Farmer William in the Bedroom with the Hatchet.

Then you answered your own question, Ray. We don't preach or proselyize, support or campaign, take the majority or minority view of religion or politics. Historical discussion is welcomed.
