Does anyone know if Maplecroft still privately owned or has it become a historical site?

It's privately owned but under some kind of Historical status.
I guess that means if the owner wants to build or tear down some kind of approval is needed?

I think that is what that means; can't tear down or rebuild without approval. But it would be interesting to look up the laws of something like that.

There's a red plastic slide peering out behind the building. Maybe there are little kids living there now too. That would probably make Lizzie happy.
