A belated Happy Birthday, Angel. Sorry I missed the exact day.

Wow, look at all the names that have birthdays coming up!

Unfortunately, no---it was an ice cream cake in a restaurant with two young grandchildren at the table. What was left was not fit to eat.

What can be better than having a birthday on August 4th Eve? (Sounds like a great excuse to treat yourself to a stay at the B & B!)
Hope your birthday was a great one, Angel.

Sorry- could never do that. I'm too chicken. I checked with my 6'3", 240 lb. husband, and he wouldn't do it either. Nor my ex-Marine son.

You could do it Ellen...honest. I have 3 times...and two of those times I was in the guest room and on THE side of the bed where I could look over the edge and say "Goodnight Mrs. Borden".

Although I just found out that I'm going on a ghost hunt with some neighbors this weekend. They're really into it, with the equipment for EVP, videos, etc. I can do that with a bunch of people because it's not overnight. It should be very interesting. This is old Civil War ground around here.

Thank you. I did. There was a picnic on Saturday too in a park for three of us that have a birthday around the same time. My daughter-in-law's family is from Guatamala originally and when they give a picnic, they really give a picnic, complete with every family member and friend under the sun, music, and wonderful home cooked Guatamalan food. We had a ball.
