On a slightly different topic....
The Black Dahlia story on 48hrs the other night mentioned the possibility of police corruption, bribes, etc. Got me thinking again of the Lizzie trial. You really hate to think this is even possible but money seems to be very important to some people, more important than their dignity or self respect.
