A member must have a certain amount of posts to be accepted into the Privy.
The #of posts required used to be smaller but it was abused by one-liners, so the # was raised not too long ago.
The point being that the posts should have some contributing content, and be meaningful in some way.

Kat is correct; entry into Lizzie's Privy is based on a certain number of posts as well as the content of those posts.
