Found this for sale on Ebay and the really cool thing is that you can print it out and read part of an article. In lieu of spending $56.00 dollars to buy the paper, I have printed it out for reading. Nifty little article.

Wow, Bobbie that was interesting! It also proves that there could still be all kinds of things hidden away in an attic or somewhere that we would find most interesting! Thanks for posting it!

Yes I thought it was a great article too...
Lot of focus on her being innocent, which I absolutely loved!!!!

Ok I got a great idea.

We could clean out attics for free in Fall River and surrounding communities , specializing in obscure letters, pictures, newspapers, etc....
I bet we could find all kinds of stuff to amuse us.

Oh Angel YES, that would be a perfect little job for us, cleaning up all those old stuffy law offices. We could have those files cleaned out in no time, we could be "mildew resistant specialists".

Shakiboo- I am sure someone would bail us out!!!!!

Well, we could ask Shelley to put up the bail, but she'd probably be sitting right there with us! lol I can't think of very many on this forum who wouldn't be sitting right there with us, especially when it comes to possibly getting our hands on some, as yet unseen, Lizzie ANYTHING! Oh that would be exciting!

Someone here really needs to become a janitor or cleaning woman to get into the files at George Robinson's old law firm!

Most of The Hip-bath Collection was donated to the FRHS.

Maybe the Robinson File was what was meant?

That newspaper was a cool *find*!

Well that's why I put it there. But someone with 135 posts can go in if they apply to the Admin. It looks like you are extremely eligible, SteveS.

Thank you Kat. I had no idea how to gain access. I will take your advice and ask the admin. I would love to take a look at those hipbath papers.

Oh. I will drive the getaway car, Bobbie! I am good at that! Florence Brigham used to love to tell the hipbath story. IT was just covered with an old awning on the porch. When I think how close it came to being thrown away! The FRHS was also offered the door to Lizzie's cell when the old Taunton jail was knocked down- they have her lunch pail and stool. But the day it was going to be brought over, it went "missing"! Somebody in Taunton has a great garden gate I bet.

Lots of luck with the Robinson firm- still in Springfield Mass. Since the client confidentiality thing is always an issue- nobody will share or talk. They were approached back in 1992. There are plenty of goodies lurking around Fall River attics and private homes. I think Merry Maids might be a good idea. We can show up with a vacuum cleaner in frilly white aprons.

Alrighty then, I shall heft the boxes in the trunk and you can drive it like you stole it. My cape of invisibility arrived today and I am good to go.

What a ripping good time we would have with those files.
