Just a quick Hello!

Post by nbcatlover »

Just a quick Hello1 to let you know that I finally graduated from nursing school on Sunday. I probably won't be able to get back to my Lizzie research until after I take the NCLEX-exam in July, but I've missed the time I spent on the forum.

My only recent Lizzie news is picking up a copy of The Mysterious Axe (Kat had sent me info in the past) and a copy of David Kent's play, Slaughter on Second Street.

Regards--Cynthia

Congratulations nbcatlover. Thats quite an accomplishment. What school did you go to? I graduated BCC Nursing class of "88. Back then we had to go to Boston and sit for the NCLEX. It was a 2 day 4 part written exam back then. Good Luck!

I'm dying to get back to some of my research, too.

I still have a problem to solve with my old computer. The electrical system shorted out, but I want to salvage the hard drive. I have so much "Lizzie" stuff on it which goes beyond my paper files. It's a major "to do" after the NCLEX. Some of my family trees are on it.

Thanks for all your good wishes!

Congratulations Cynthia! I hope you are able to salvage the hard drive on your computer; sounds like you have a time consuming task on your. Good luck on your NCLEX exam.

Welcome back, Cynthia, and I wish you well on the nurses exam.

I lost my last computer's hard drive. I had a lot of good stuff on it so I know what you are going through. I still don't know how to burn a CD or DVD. I think it is important to keep everything on CD's.

Well, let us know how the exam goes. Get plenty of sleep before hand.
