I forgot your birthday! This is the first time I've done it. And I do have something to send you, too.
I hope you have a FANTASTIC birthday!

"Cakes, presents. I've never seen such a waste of time and money." - Andrew
"Uh, we don't care much about yer birthday cuz we don't knows ya. But me and Brownie like gettin' our names in the papah." - "Me" and Brownie
"Smile!" - James Walsh
"Best wishes to you, Cat. You use sum ice cream, yes?" - Hyman Lubinsky
"And many more. And if you get too excited, an eighth of a grain of morphine will do the trick." - Dr. Seabury Bowen
"Watch your mailbox for Sherry's present. Or I could go get it for you. I must say I enjoy hanging around the post office." - John Morse
Such a Happy Birthday I wish for you!

I know I have been missing in action for quite a while. I am having almost constant company this season. I have, starting tomorrow company from then until almost September. Plus my computer crashed, guess what I did? I had an old genealogy program from a windows 95 computer and I now own or owned a Millenium edition computer. I thought hey, why dont I just try to load this and the worse it can do is just not work. Well I loaded it and it worked, so I had backups of all my genealogy information for my family and I loaded it and it worked, so I started on Lizzies family with high hopes that I could get far enough back there to find a match and be like Lizzies 21st cousin 23 times removed. All was going great until I turned it off and then tried to restart it. That is when the blue screen of death appeared and the computer never worked again, even with full reformats. Not to mention being absolutely swamped at work. I have missed so much forum stuff and will be back in full force in September. Anyhow, enough with my life history
I hope you had a great birthday and now, do tell what cool Lizzie stuff did you get for your birthday?

Happy Belated Birthday, Kat!
Sounds like you celebrated well. Marilou and I made our first (and so far only) visit to The Cheesecake Factory last year while traveling. We made the mistake of eating our entire sandwiches and then had no room for cheesecake. We won't make that mistake again!

Thank you!
I got a bouquet of flowers, a spoon from Gifford's Jewlery Store, stamped "Fall River" and a hard-to-find book called
A Guidebook to Fall River's National Register Properties , 1984! Mr. Caplain used that book as some source material for his previous contribution to
The Hatchet - "Lizzie Borden's French Street" and I was on the phone with the fabulous Dan The Reference Man at the Fall River Public Library a lot, getting info from this book! Now I have it! Yay!
I want more cheesecake!
