Porter question

I saw recently on the web a photo of the title page of Porter's "Fall River Tragedy", with a photograph of Lizzie for the frontispiece.
I thought that Lizzie had waged a legal battle to keep certain photos out of the book, including her own.
Does anyone here own an original edition of Porter with Lizzie's photo in it? My copy doesn't have it.
Or, did her portrait only appear in Robert Flynn's reprint edition?

That is odd, Stuart. ... I don't know about the original. I just have the Robert Flynn reprint -- and there is no photo of Lizzie on the frontispiece of my copy.

That's what makes me curious, Diana. I've only seen my own copy in person. I've also heard that some contain a full page photo of Andrew, while others don't.

I'm sorry -- I'm not clear on "some contain a full..." Do you mean some originals or some of Flynn's reprints? (My reprint has a full page picture of Andrew on the back of page 51.)

Where's mbhenty when you need him? He can usually clear up these details for us.
