Yahoo Astrology

Post by Kat »

When my computer home page was created, we put a Yahoo horrorscope on there for fun, along with the daily football games and scores and TV guide and weather.

I never used to read my horrorscope- in fact, my neighbor would want to read it to me everyday and I made a deal that she read it me after the day was done, to compare.

But this one on my Yahoo page just seems really in tune with me and I've been surprised at it lately. I may be getting hooked after all these years!

Here is today, for Cancer:

Daily extended (by Astrology.com)
Are you eager to create a deeper relationship with the people you socialize with? Well, the only thing standing in your way is you! There is no reason you can't ask more compelling questions, suggest more intellectual pursuits, or bring a higher level of discourse to your pleasure-seeking activities. Your friends have interesting insights and opinions they've never had the chance to share. You can help them find a forum. Having fun does not mean you have to turn off your brain.

Since I do *socialize* with you all, and this is our forum, and dedicated to an intellectual pursuit, I thought I would put this here as a copy/paste- for Fun! :cat:

Does anyone read their daily horoscope?

1st time I've ever heard someone else use my word---"horrorscope"!

My Mum sends me weeklies from England & I often read the Yahoo ones on my home page.

Most of the time I wish they were true...I often get such positive things predicted! Alas...no such luck yet

See, Kat? That should be a lesson for you...it's telling you right there that you HAVE to come to the May gathering. You will be going against fate if you don't.

Well, it depends on the horrorscope for those dates in May.

You know, as soon as I posted that last night the thought came to me that my Yahoo page would now change. Sure enough, it was changed without my say-so overnight. It was all new and fresh when I got online today. No TV Guide, No Horrorscope. No maps. Jeesh!

As for May- I am not too sure. I would love it but I might have to win the lottery...
