What do you think of my Fall River Police Dept. Whittling?
As usual, I'd appreciate any reactions readers might have. What did you think of the history of the Fall River Police Department? What do you think of how I handled that history in my Whittling?

I did enjoy reading your whittling about the Fall River Police Department. Maybe just a little dry for my mood at the time of the reading, but only because I was in a more romantic phase I'd guess after reading about Nance and a few others. So please excuse me for that, because I truly am interested in the history, and I thought it was good how you provided some background about crime with some stats of the general population of criminals who were arrested back in that time.
When I read about the cops who investigated the Borden crime, I couldn't help but go to the Porter book to check out a couple of their pictures and read about them again. It was interesting to know the background of the different officers., and the department overall.
It's sure to be of some value to have this information you have compiled for future reference in one easily accessible resource. Job well done, and It was nice to see the picture.
