Many thanks, Harry.

It should be possible that Morse committed some imprudence, and then, he realized it and tried to deny it. But if Davis killed Andrew and then informed Morse by phone, Morse's imprudence (his mention of having received a call to the newspapers) seems to me a little too big. I think more probable something like his "what (?)" pronounced to Mrs. Churchill when he heard for the third time the murder news; or his remainging a few minutes outside the house after being told the news, or his testimony in the wiiteness statement: saw a number of persons around the house, and was told, etc.: a number of "slight" imprudence betrayed him, in my opinion.

"Mr. Morse, when you were told for the THIRD time that Abby and Andrew had been killed, why did you pronounce a "WHAT" to Mrs. Churchill? Why?"

Harry, I found Jefferey's posts and that of Kat "Jefferey's theory" by members index, many thanks.

I noticed that many members haven't posted new threads after a long time. I would be very happy to discuss the case with them as well.
