Hi. I am new to the group. So, I hope you can put up with my questions, that have probably already been asked.
I was reading old posts of the thread, “They took my keys.” They left me with several questions.
1) Does anyone else think it was strange that it was Lizzie’s responsibility to lock the front door at night?
2) If “they” ( the daylight ‘burglars??) took Abby’s front door keys:
a) how hard would it be to get it replaced, and give Abby a replacement?
b ) did the Borden’s ever change the locks afterwards? ( or, did they add the ‘spring lock’) , and
c ) If there was a key floating around - what happened to it? Could it have been planted somewhere, or given to an accomplice at some point?
