Well I do know it was purchased by a MR Mann. I believe his name was John Mann. He purchased the house in 1918, Before then, Lizzie and Emma had rented the house since 1893

In The Hatchet, June/July 2005, pgs. 38-39, I have given a listing from census records of the people who lived at the Second Street house.

The Borden's owned it until 1918 and sold then to John Dunn.
(That info would be from Rebello, because it is in between census years.)
Dunn sold the property to Mandal Mark, Feb. 2, 1920. The 1920 census, listing Dunn, was taken Jan. 11, 1920, so we have no gap there.

In the 1930 census, it looks like Mark still owned the house.
Of course there were others sharing the place.

If you have Rebello's book you can find more names.

Sorry about the mistaken the last name. I knew it was John Dunn,
but ended up putting Mann in there.

Josephine McGinn and her husband bought the house in the 40's.

Emma & Lizzie rented the place out prior to 1918.

An interesting tenant was Hyman Lubinsky, the icecream man who testified for the defense at Lizzie's trial. (info Rebello)

So Lizzie must of had money if she owed both houses at the same time.
That one & maplecroft later in life into she sold them.

Lizzie & Emma had scads of money & property. They also owned their grandfather's house on Ferry Street both prior to & after the murders. They continued to share various properties even after their "separation" in 1905. Lizzie also bought properties on her own, such as the Davenport house & other lots on French Street.
