A Tale of Two Lizzies

I was honored to be invited to participate in this project by two Boston University Broadcast Journalism majors, Karlyn Smith and Ryan McCune.

Karyln's project is online and Ryan's is on its way.

Whoops-- I'm as confused as Ad-- referring to the wrong post on Mondo!

Stefani, I've wondered what's admissible at Lizzie's "re-trials," past and present-- inquest testimony, Eli Bence's story, testimony from the Borden cousin who was Lizzie's cabin mate on the Grand Tour voyage? IOW: Information that was available, but not admitted, at the time of the original trial.
Please keep us posted with details!

It might be an exact copy of the original trial word for word.

Although I would hope it would have a modern day justice ruling on the admission of evidence based on what the law was in 1893.
What is a Picture, but the capture of a moment in time.
