The registers of hotels in Fall River on August 3rd 1892

Post by Franz »

A question, maybe already discussed here before. I would like to know if the police investigated the registers of all hotels in Fall River for the night of August 3rd 1892. Thank you.

I'm not sure what they would have been checking hotel registry's for when they did not know who they were searching for?

If the police suspected quickly Lizzie, and for this reason they didn't consider enough other possibilities, in my opinion this is a big mistake, regardless Lizzie's guilt or her innocence.
