The Fall River Historical Society inherited all the Photographs and records of the now defunct Adams House. The Adams House is known to some as The Home for the Aged. It is where Alice Russell spent the last 12 years of her life. It closed its doors recently. Never thought I would see the day. The most reputable nursing facility in fall river.
The photo was taken in 1929. Alice died in 1941. ( The photo was not part of the inheritance but from the Historical Societies inventory)
