The most common issue which arises that really irks me is the "Morse had a perfect alibi" gibberish. Particularly when this perspective is raised and includes the false claim that Morse mentioned the streetcar conductors' badge # in his statements to the police.
A less high profile 'pet peeve' for me is how often Lizzie apologists include, "a Sunday schoolteacher", in their description of Lizzie. Lizzie stopped teaching Sunday School prior to the Europe excursion, well over two years prior to the murders. So, if mentioning this is absolutely necessary, the apologists should at least edit their commentary to say, "Ex or former Sunday Schoolteacher".

Without mentioning the source , John knew all six Catholic priests names on the street car.
If one needed an alibi, a perfect one should do fine.
Imagine if it weren’t.
