THANK YOU!
Just a quick thank you for the belated birthday wishes from the Administration. Happy 50th to me!
I can't believe I'm 50. I remember when my grandmother was 50!! I remember when my mother was 50!! Jeez...where does the time go? Oh, well..fortunately, I still feel 25...except when I get out of bed in the morning...how can you get so stiff and sore just sleeping!!

Happy Birthday!
I'm sorry you and Stuart are waking with aches and pains.
Not me!
I use foam on top of my mattress.
I know others who have converted to that too- and get great relief!
No need to wake in pain!
Get one of those thick "egg-crate Foam" for a mattress topper - 6" is optimum- usually to be had at a medical supply store or online- or you can go as light as 3" deep at Wal-Mart or Bed Bath & Beyond.
There now is that Memory Foam too, as a mattress topper. That is new- space age. I heard that stuff is a life-saver!
Good luck! It's worth every penney.

I've tried that, Kat. Egg crate foam, memory foam..all to no avail. The only thing that ever helped my back was my good old free floating waterbed....ahhhhhhhh! But that is long gone. Now we have a deep pillow top mattress....and of course when I get up in the morning I feel like I've been run over by a truck.
